A Little Extra Help. A Lot of Joy.

From newborn snuggles to first giggles, I’m here to make the first year smoother, brighter, and full of the kind of joy only tiny humans can bring.

Babies Grow Fast. Life Doesn’t Slow Down.

This is such a sacred and special time for your family. My role is to help you plan and prepare for the day you meet your little one. When the big day comes, I provide continuous emotional and physical support. After your baby is born, I check in with you postpartum and help you find your new rhythm.

Whether you’re planning a home birth or a hospital birth, I am here to support you and your birth.

Continued Postpartum Support (0-4 months)

Your care doesn’t end at birth.

Those first weeks and months can feel unexpectedly full — full of questions, adjustments, recovery, and learning your baby. Many families want steady guidance and someone to talk with during this time, not just a single visit.

That’s why I offer continued postpartum support for families who desire ongoing care as they settle into life together.

Support is personalized and tailored to the needs of you and your family.

Continued Postpartum Support May Include:

  • 2 In-home visits each month for reassurance, recovery support, and settling in

  • Talking through feeding transitions and normal newborn behavior

  • Hands-on help with newborn care questions and babywearing

  • Emotional support and space to process your birth experience

  • Practical adjustment to life with a new baby (and siblings)

  • A trusted place to ask questions as they arise

  • Light household support to help you rest and keep your home gently running during recovery.

  • Text or email support between visits

Investment: $200 per month

Available month-to-month for as long as it feels helpful.

Each visit lasts about 60–90 minutes, allowing time for conversation, hands-on support, and practical help without feeling hurried.

Ongoing Support as Your Baby Grows (5–12 Months)

As babies grow, the needs change — but questions don’t disappear.
This stage brings new transitions: mobility, solids, changing routines, returning to work, and reshaping daily life.

Many families appreciate staying connected to someone who already knows them and their story.

Support May Include:

  • Reassurance through developmental changes and milestones

  • Guidance introducing solids in a relaxed, realistic way

  • Adjusting routines as baby becomes more active and aware

  • Continued babywearing support with new carries

  • Navigating childcare, work transitions, and family rhythms

  • Encouragement and emotional check-ins as motherhood evolves

  • Ongoing access for questions, big or small

Investment: $125 per month
Includes one 60-90 minute visit per month and continued access for guidance. Offered month-to-month with no long-term commitment.

How It Works:

  1. Begin with birth support.

  2. Decide before or after baby arrives if you’d like continued care.

  3. Continue month-to-month as long as needed.

  4. Every visit is shaped around your family.
