Birth & Labor Support

This is such a sacred and special time for your family. My role is to help you plan and prepare for the day you meet your little one. When the big day comes, I provide continuous emotional and physical support. After your baby is born, I check in with you postpartum and help you find your new rhythm.

Whether you’re planning a home birth or a hospital birth, I am here to support you and your birth.

What’s Included?

  • 2 Prenatal Visits (1-2 hours each)

    • In these visits we work together to create a personalized birth plan, explore comfort measures, coping strategies, labor and birth positions, and address any concerns or fears you may have. This is a great time to ask any questions that have been on your mind.

    • In both visits, we practice making informed decisions so you can feel comfortable, confident, and empowered.

  • Bonus 3rd Visit (Optional, 1-1.5 hours)

  • On Call Labor Support From 37 Weeks

  • Continuous In-Person Support During Active Labor

  • 1-2 hours of support immediately after baby is born

    • This is such a special and important moment for your family— The Golden Hour. I support you as you establish breastfeeding and promote bonding for you, your baby, and your birth partner.

  • 1 Postpartum Visit Within 2 Weeks of Birth (1-1.5 hours)

    • This visit is tailored to your specific needs. We talk about newborn care, your recovery, feeding baby, and how things are going at home. I provide an listening ear and support which includes light housekeeping. I also provide support to your family and help you navigate this transition phase.

  • Ongoing communication throughout your pregnancy

  • Use of Comfort Tools During Labor & Birth

  • Visual Birth Plan
