  • Doulas provide continuous physical, emotional, and informational support during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I teach coping techniques, help you understand your options, create a calm environment, and stay by your side through labor.

Your doctor or midwife provides medical care. I provide steady, devoted support just for you.

We also meet prenatally to prepare and again postpartum to process your birth and support your transition into motherhood.

  • Yes. I support all types of births.

Whether you are planning an unmedicated birth, an epidural, an induction, or a cesarean, my role is to help you feel informed, calm, and empowered.

I support your goals and your family.

However you are planning to welcome your baby, I would be honored to support you.

  • Birth partners are often the most grateful people in the room when a doula is present.

Birth can be long. It can feel unfamiliar. And it’s impossible to fully plan for.

I don’t replace your partner. I strengthen them by:

    • Giving them breaks to eat or rest

    • Helping them understand what’s happening

    • Offering reassurance when things feel intense

    • Showing them simple, meaningful ways to support you

I help your partner feel confident and capable during birth, instead of feeling overwhelmed or unsure,

Together, we create a steady team around you.

Birth partners are invited to attend prenatal and postpartum doula appointments.

  • Birth often unfolds differently than we imagine.

A good birth experience is not about perfection. It is about feeling heard, respected, and supported.

If plans change, I will help you understand what is happening and help you feel calm and grounded. Doula support is flexible and adjusts as your labor progresses and unfolds.

  • Birth is not just one day. It is an experience that can shape your physical recovery, emotional wellbeing, bonding with your baby, breastfeeding journey, confidence, and even your relationship with your partner.

Research shows that continuous labor support from a doula is associated with shorter labors, lower rates of cesarean birth, reduced need for pain medication, fewer interventions, and higher overall satisfaction with the birth experience.

Beyond the statistics, here is what truly matters.

You deserve someone whose sole focus is you. Someone calm. Someone steady. Someone who deeply believes in your strength.

I bring dedicated training, personal birth experience, thoughtful preparation, and wholehearted presence to every family I serve. I intentionally take a limited number of clients so that you receive my full attention and care.
